Serial entrepreneur Matt Wassall of Smarktivity was asked to give an exclusive speech at an industry conference at the 4 Star Park Plaza Riverbank in London on Saturday the 4th of August. The business owner gave a speech on the subject of talent acquisition.
Mr Wassall received an exclusive invitation to give a talk on the second day of the event, focusing on onboarding talent and starting contractors amongst a number of other business owners from the UK Sales and Marketing Arena. Mr Wassall has many years experience in the sales and marketing sector and was eager to continue his involvement in speech giving with this latest event.
The three-day event was for business owners from across the whole of the UK, with a range of delegates in attendance. The conference was a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs from across the nation to network, and discuss developments within the sector.
The second day of the event included guest speakers from notable firms within the UK, focusing on topics covering writing ad content, creating schedules, database and email systems, common mistakes of business owners, recruitment vs interviewing, enhancing rapid growth and territory management.
