This weekend Matt Wassall, CEO of sales and marketing firm Smarktivity, will be a keynote speaker at a major business conference in Birmingham.
Matt, a confident and engaging public speaker, is looking forward to addressing the 18 Owners and Assistant Owners who will be attending the meeting at Birmingham’s Radisson Blu Hotel. Having recently won big at the annual Sales and Marketing Awards in London, Smarktivity’s founder is looking forward to discussing recent achievements and how he stays motivated and inspired.
The Managing Director has revealed his plans to review and outline the importance of becoming an outstanding business owner and established leader; “I want to pass on my findings and give others an insight into my experiences so far.”
“From my experience, it has become apparent that you must put in work on both ends,” said Matt Wassall. “It’s not enough to just be the face of the brand; you also need to be putting in work on the back end. Grafting and contributing to every administrative job which needs to be done, remaining present at all times.”
