Smarktivity’s Matt Wassall Dominates Annual Sales & Marketing Awards In London

Birminghams most exciting sales and marketing firm were the biggest winners of the night as the Managing Director scooped an impressive three awards at the annual Sales and Marketing Awards in London. 

The prestigious event, hosting over 400 of the most important and influential names in the industry, was held at the iconic Grosvenor House hotel in London’s Mayfair. Over the course of the evening the company’s CEO, Matt Wassall, picked up several gongs including the 50/50 award, a prize rewarded to companies which have increased steadily in size and achieved a consistently high return, as well as the impressive President’s Club Award.

The entrepreneur headed to the stage for a third time as it was announced that he would be taking on a new role as a Regional Consultant, due to his extensive knowledge of the sales and marketing industry. To mark the occasion, Mr Wassall was presented with a  gift of a brand new and exclusive Cartier wrist watch. During his celebratory speech, the Birmingham born and bred business owner credited his working class background and hard working Grandmother for bringing him up to be a determined and driven individual.

The awards gala is an annual event, but all in attendance have commented on the particularly spectacular outcome of this year’s ceremony. The proceedings began with a red carpet, champagne reception, followed by a three-course dinner and party with live music from X Factor sensation, Louisa Johnson.

Smarktivity has commented on how the event was brilliantly organised and presented them with a perfect opportunity to catch up with fellow business owners and influential industry leaders. The sales and marketing specialists intend to build on the fantastic success of the night, continuing to provide top quality services and devising innovative marketing campaigns for their clients throughout the rest of year and into 2018.
